The Renaissance Fiat 500e 2024 is coming to the United States, Stellantis confirmed this week, but not before the first quarter of 2024.
It won’t be the first time Fiat has sold the 500e in the United States. The previous generation of this model was sold exclusively in California and Oregon, though it has become a favorite with EV enthusiasts (and quirky small car enthusiasts) for its perky ride. personality, consistent range and advantageous rental price.

Francis says that several versions of the car could be offered. It could also appear as a convertible, a four-door hatchback with a suicide rear door on the passenger side, or a performance-oriented Abarth model. Francis suggested that releases could be offered in six-month periods. An Abarth version of the 500e should be presented next week.
While the last generation of the 500e was not sold in Europe, its resounding success there offers a different dynamic this time around. Francis said the brand will not discount the 500th because each sale in the United States will be one less European sale.
Currently, the Fiat 500X is the brand’s only vehicle in the United States. It will remain throughout its life cycle and then disappear. After that, the 500th will be the marque’s only car. “I have a very clear plan to do nothing but 500,” said Francis.
Again, the 500th won’t be sold in all 50 states, but this time it won’t be limited to just California states. Fiat said it will concentrate its sales in certain urban centers in the country. The company has not yet specified which cities these will be.
