Dubai, UAE: Jumbo Serve, one of the UAE’s leading aftermarket service providers for consumer electronics, durable goods, home appliances and IT products, has signed a service agreement with Huawei Consumer Business Group to manage the supply of spare parts, maintenance and repair services for its entire product line in the UAE.
A division of Jumbo Electronics Co. Ltd.LLC, Jumbo Serve’s reach covers the full spectrum of dealer management, customer management and troubleshooting services, adding to its portfolio of more than 40 brand associations.
Under the agreement, Jumbo Serve will serve Huawei customers in the B2C and B2B segments in the UAE and cover its consumer products such as laptops, tablets, routers and accessories. The service specialist will also service Huawei smartphones at Huawei’s own service centers and stores.
