Exalto Emirates Supports UAE’s 2050 Energy Strategy with Eco-Friendly Products at ADIBS 2022

Abu Dhabi – In line with its support of the UAE’s 2050 Energy Strategy, Exalto Emirates showcased some of its most advanced and environmentally friendly marine products at the fourth edition of the Abu Dhabi International Boat Show. Held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of the Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, the four-day event kicked off November 24. 2022.

Organized by Capital Events at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center (ADNEC), the event saw the participation of more than 400 brands from more than 28 countries and recorded a 43% growth in the number of new exhibitors. As the emirate’s premier yachting boating event, ADIBS plays a vital role in catalyzing the growth of Abu Dhabi’s yachting marine industry and cementing its position as one of the leading yachting destinations around the world.

Support national initiatives

Showcasing its support for the sustainable development of the yachting sector, Exalto Emirates showcased its most reliable and technologically advanced marine equipment. This includes diesel outboards from OXE and Amaroq, and electric propulsion from Torqeedo.

Other highlights were marine electronics and navigation equipment from Simrad, underwater windows from Glassdeep and many more.

These include Torqeedo electric outboard motors – some of the most powerful electric drives in the world, as well as OXE diesel outboard motors. The OXE 300 diesel outboard engine uses up to 46% less fuel than equivalent gasoline outboard engines, while emitting reduced emissions of CO2, Co, HC and NOx. Paul added.

Improve safety at sea

With regard to the national approach to reducing marine wrecks in accordance with Cabinet Resolution (71), Exalto Emirates contributes significantly to improving maritime safety. Its products such as the Simrad Halo20 radar are ideal for this purpose as they provide a cost-effective means of increasing situational awareness and collision avoidance. Thanks to a compact dome radar with pulse compression technology, the device is able to detect the risk of collision up to 24 nautical miles.
